澜若乾供应链管理(武汉市)有限责任公司 operates MythosReel and is responsible for delivering all viewer purchases. These products are digital streaming access; we do not ship physical goods or charge shipping fees.
Order processing time
Processing begins when the payment provider confirms payment. Access is normally added immediately and within 30 minutes after confirmation. A pending or declined payment does not create access and should not be treated as a completed order.
Delivery method
Digital access is delivered to the verified MythosReel account used for checkout. The purchased episodes can be opened from the title player and appear in My Stories and the order receipt. No download link, parcel, carrier or tracking number is provided.
Delivery area and availability
A title is offered only where its distribution rights and payment methods are available. Product pages identify the title, language, episode count and access scope. Availability may differ by territory and may end when licensed rights expire.
If access is delayed
First refresh the title page and confirm you are signed in with the purchase email. If access is still missing 30 minutes after confirmed payment, contact support with the order number. Do not place a duplicate order while the first payment is pending.
Producer services
Optional services for studios are delivered electronically according to the scope and timeline shown in the service order or written statement of work. No physical shipment is included unless a separate signed agreement expressly says otherwise.
